PASTAFRESCA PASTA MACHINE

Made in Italy by MARCATO, a factory founded in 1930, the electric PastaFrescaMixer machine allows to knead 500g of flour in only 3 minutes, and can work with the same result as working by hand : a compact, elastic and homogeneous paste, which will keep the organoleptic characteristics intact ingredients, giving an incomparable taste to your recipes!

Fast and compact, this machine is entirely designed in ABS and food-grade polycarbonate ensuring the absence of metal dust harmful to health. The rollers and accessories are made of anodized aluminum and the combs and scrapers in polymer resin, very resistant.

The Pasta Fresca machine is delivered with 3 accessories: a sheeter to lower the pasta strips (150mm wide on 10 notches thick from 4.8 to 0.6mm), a fettuccine rolling mill (width 6.5mm), a rolling mill for taglioni (width 1.5mm), and a measuring tray. You can make all kinds of fresh pasta, but also knead bread dough, pizza dough, or even cookies for example.

Other dough sheeters are available and interchangeable to make different styles of pasta: capellini, lasagnette, spaghetti, trenette, all made of chromed steel (not included).
