CORZETTO 2 SIDES STAR + FLOWER

Corzetti are a pasta format typical of the Liguria and Tuscany regions. Born during the Renaissance period, they were used by noble families to stamp their own coats of arms on pasta, to emphasize the importance of lineage.

Marcato's double corzetto is made of solid wood and has a decoration on both sides which allows the signs of the star and the flower to be stamped on the fresh pasta. Just press gently on the mold so that the dough sheet is perfectly molded.

They are made with materials suitable for coming into contact with food and can be easily cleaned with a cloth and a brush, without using water.
