Corzetti are a pasta format typical of the Liguria and Tuscany regions. Born during the Renaissance period, they were used by noble families to stamp their own coats of arms on pasta, to emphasize the importance of lineage.
The kit includes a base + a corzetto lily in solid wood. With the hollow side of the base, you will cut a small circle of dough before placing it on the spiral side. With the help of the second corzetto lily, you will press gently on the mold so that the sheet of dough is perfectly molded with a fleur-de-lis, and the back spiral.
The corzetti are made with materials suitable for coming into contact with food and can be cleaned easily with a cloth and a brush, without using water.
