DESIGN RAVIOLI TABLET

This elegant Marcato ravioli tablet matching the Atlas 150 Design MARCATO pasta machine, will allow you to make delicious fresh ravioli and homemade very easily.

This accessory allows to make 10 5x5cm ravioli.

To do this, place a first layer of dough prepared beforehand using the Atlas 150 MARCATO fresh pasta machine, stuff with the recipe of your choice, and cover with a second layer of fresh dough. The plan will allow a clean cut thanks to the simple passage of the roller supplied with the tablet.

In addition to being strong and robust, all parts of the ravioli tray are removable for easy cleaning. The design has been specially studied to offer stability during the cutting phase and allow the ravioli to come off easily.

Have fun with colors, textures, and even offer sweet chocolate or coffee ravioli for example!
