CORZETTO 1 SIDE LILY

Corzetti are a pasta format typical of the Liguria and Tuscany regions. Born during the Renaissance period, they were used by noble families to stamp their own coats of arms on pasta, to emphasize the importance of lineage.

Marcato's corzetto Lily is made of solid wood and allows you to stamp the sign of the lily on fresh pasta. Just press gently on the mold so that the dough sheet is perfectly molded.

They are made with materials suitable for coming into contact with food and can be easily cleaned with a cloth and a brush, without using water.
