Marcato's Tacapasta pasta dryer is an essential accessory for making fresh pasta. It will easily spread over 2kg of fresh pasta distributed over its 16 fold-out arms, for optimal drying for several hours or until they are dry, but not brittle.
A baguette is located in the central rod to collect the pasta fresh out of the machine, to place them delicately on the dryer.
