The Atlas Classic 150+ fresh pasta machine is the benchmark for manual pasta machines. Its elegant design combined with meticulous attention to detail has made it the best-selling traditional manual pasta machine. Highly versatile, it enables you to prepare 4 different types of pasta on its own: 150 mm lasagna sheets with 10 thickness settings ranging from 4.8 mm to 0.6 mm thanks to its 10-position adjustment dial, tagliolini (1.5 mm), fettuccine (6 mm), and 2 mm spaghetti.
The 3 additional attachments included in the kit allow you to make delicious ravioli, pappardelle, and linguine!
The rollers are made from patented anodized aluminum alloy, specially designed to prevent the release of metals into the dough, while the gears are manufactured from hardened and case-hardened steel for maximum durability. The machine is supplied with a table clamp, allowing you to secure it to a table or countertop.
