The machine is made of high quality chrome steel. The rollers are made of anodized aluminum for food, a material which guarantees the complete absence of the release of harmful particles during use.

The Marga Mulino mill is a manual device easy to use with the crank. You can adapt Marcato's Pastadrive motor for the transform into an electric mill ! It is also equipped with a practical tray to collect flour and ground flakes and a resistant vice to be able to fix it to the worktop. Rubber feet are screwed to the base to give it great stability while reducing working times.
