The Imperia electric rolling mill is a semi-professional machine made in Italy. This device with a timeless look allows to achieve a 21cm wide drop, on a thickness adjustable on 10 notches, from 0 to 5mm, without getting tired thanks to its 290W electric motor. Very robust, the Imperia "Restaurant" electric rolling mill is designed in chromed steel, with hardened steel gears, and a warning light and circuit breaker in case of overheating. Special self-lubricating bearings will reduce the effort.
A real multifunction device, the IMPERIA Restaurant electric dough sheeter can be transformed into a kneader with the kneader accessory, with a capacity of 1 kg, and can make up to 7 different types of pasta (including lasagna) using compatible accessories.
